Brad Ploof

Brad worked as a corporate educator and trainer for after almost two decades of progressive leadership responsibilities with Publix Super Markets. His experiences taught him to lead and work with diverse populations of associates and to help them achieve their professional goals by being a servant leader. Brad received many accolades and awards for sales, profitability, and loss control management but his passion was watching people he hired become new leaders in the company. Brad hired and eventually promoted over 300 associates to progressive leadership at Publix.

When he retired from Publix in 2009, he started a book club to fill his time. This book club began to grow into serving others with their businesses or with strategic planning for business success. At this business, PLOOF.org, Brad discovered his passion for helping people move from where they were to closer to where they wanted to go. Counseling just came naturally to Brad. In his late forties, Brad had the opportunity to chase the dream of becoming a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. #nevergiveup
